Shipping and Returns...

Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and are subject to a 25% restocking fee AND all return shipping charges.

We cannot accept returns on parts that have been installed or used. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on special order items and certain electronics. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 631 242-6444 for a return authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 25% Restocking Fee may be applied. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.
